Burlington region is serviced by, TV, Radio and Print Media, mainly based out of Toronto, the GTA and Hamilton.  Locally with TV Cogeco and CITS (Crossroads TV) and CHCH from Hamilton.  Radio Stations include 107.9 (Rock Station) and 94.7 (Country and Western).  For print media Burlington has the Burlington Post, Snap Burlington and View Magazine.

Burlington’s school system is very diverse and is run by several school boards, the Halton District School Board, The Halton Catholic District School Board and the French Public and Catholic School board Conseil Scholaire De District Du Centre Quest, plus several private elementary and private schools. Burlington has most recently been designated at the 2nd best city in Canada to live.
